Le Pho House & How to Eat Noodle Soups

Comforting, Filling, Flavorful. The perfect place to spend your next weekend lunch or dinner. Le Pho House offers traditional Vietnamese pho, fried rice, spring rolls, egg rolls, and beverages as one of the few Vietnamese restaurants in the Valley. Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup dish consisting of broth, rice noodles, meat, and herbs. Le Pho offers beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetarian friendly broths and fillings for their soups, with a bowl for everyone.

Our first course was their egg rolls, filled with pork, shrimp, veggies, and loads of seasoning in a crunchy wrapper, with a side of chili fish sauce.

Our second course was their savory fried rice, served with American and Vietnamese sausage, eggs, and veggies. Which we love to dress with Hoisin and Siracha sauce.

Our third and main course was their standard bowl of Bun Bo Hue. A spicy pork broth with sliced beef brisket, served with lime, cilantro, and cabbage. We recommend subbing the thick noodles for pho noodles instead. Along with adding Hoisin, Sriracha, and chili oil to your palate’s desire.

How to eat pho and other noodle soups: Use chopsticks to add noodles and meat to your soup spoon filled with broth, slurp your filled soup spoon and use chopsticks to assist in catching any pieces that may fall or to help guide the food to your mouth. Repeat until finished and enjoy.

Overall, Le Pho House is a great place to enjoy a good meal with good company. Le Pho House is AAPI owned, Black owned, and Woman owned. As we take pride in supporting local and diverse businesses here at Valley Confidential. The dress code is casual, with indoor seating that can accommodate larger groups.
